We offer Free shipping on orders over $200.00. Some restrictions apply where Shipping Surcharges are applied for Large or over sized items

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied, simply REQUEST a return authorization number within 15 days from the date of invoice on the item(s) you would like to return by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
All returns MUST be in original packaging, unused, and in sell-able condition deemed by our company to be considered for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable(unless proven to be a company error). Packages will NOT be accepted for return without a return authorization number.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from our company, please email us at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name, invoice number, and the merchandise description you would like to exchange within 20 days from original invoice.

Orders received after December 25 default back to 20 day exchange policy from date of invoice. A return authorization will be issued to you for the exchange, along with an order for your new item. If the new item exceeds the cost of the exchangeable item, you will be billed the difference plus shipping. If the new item is less than the cost of the exchangeable item, you will be issued a credit minus the shipping costs. Upon inspection of the merchandise received back for exchange in sell-able, unused condition, we will promptly reship the new merchandise you have requested.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs(unless deemed to be company error). Packages will NOT be accepted without our return authorization number. If you have any questions about our return or exchange policies, please feel free to notify us.

Tax: Jersey Nutz Tackle is located in New Jersey USA. We are required by law to collect a 7% New Jersey State sales tax on taxable items and shipping fees for orders delivered within New Jersey only. Clothing is non-taxable
